Shipping

All Shipments will be "signature required" and will be insured. UPS is our preferred shipping partner. Lost package claims must be filed with the shipping company, not StevieMac Inc. Once the package tracking is scanned into the UPS system, they take ownership of the package and are responsible for delivery. We can and do provide tracking numbers for your use.


Return and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt (the day you receive it, not the day we shipped it). * Custom designed merchandise and/or items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged. Email us at steviemacjewelry@gmail.com before returning the item(s) so that we can assist you. Any delays in our response time will be taken into account for the return deadline based on the email's "sent" date and time. In other words if it is our fault you went over the 30 day return deadline- no need to worry. Otherwise once the 30 days are up, no returns are accepted. Items returned must be in new condition or the item will be returned back to you and you will not receive a refund.


Ring Sizing and Engraving

Please be sure to choose the ring size you want. If you are not sure on the correct size, visit a local jeweler to get sized or contact us (see Contact Information) for additional advice. Engraving can be done on most rings. There is an additional charge of $49 per ring. Messages must be limited to approximately 17 characters (spaces count as a character).
